内整平设备主要有两部分组成，一部分是液压油站，另一部分是机架。液压站的作用是提供机器运作的动力，而机架的作用是起到支撑和试机挤压作业的功能。

内整平设备工作原理/internal leveling device works：
带有内外焊缝余高的焊管经过水平辊滚压后，余高被去除，焊缝界面变成一个水平椭圆，芯棒在焊管内被卡住并跟着焊管走；在经过立辊滚压，焊管界面变成一个正圆，芯棒跟焊管分离，在机架返回时被气缸拉回适当位置，再进行第二个滚压循环。
