产品简介：
该产品采用纳米级有(无)机颜料、进口特种水性功能乳液和相关助剂，经过一定的物理反应而制成的一种高档水性油墨；产品无vocs排放,具有无毒、无污染、无重金属且耐候性强、耐热性高、印刷适应性好等优点，不易燃易爆，无安全隐患；对颜料润湿分散性好，适用于中高速印刷机凹版多色套印，是一种专为pet热转移印刷专用而设计的高档水性油墨。
适印范围：
1.基材：pet。
2.用途：pet热转移膜（石头纹膜、木纹膜等装饰膜）。

1.（品质优秀）产品成熟，性能稳定，储存时间长,印刷适性好；
2.（节约成本）固含量及色含量高，粘度低，流动性好；
3.（性能优异）粒径小，粒子分布均匀，快干性及流平性好；
4.（展色力强）纳米级颜料，色彩展色力强，浅网转移清晰，具有优异的转印性和重涂性；
5.（印品稳定）优异的附着力及耐水性、耐化学性、耐候性强、耐热性高；
6.（适印性佳）印刷适应性强，主要应用于pet热转移装饰膜印刷、石头纹及木纹等饰面印刷。
产品颜色：
1.原红、原黄、原蓝、黑、白五个基本色；
2.可根据客户提供pantone色卡号提供定制专色。
产品包装：
塑料桶包装，净重：20公斤/桶。
产品储存：
密封储存12个月以上，避免阳光直射；未使用完请密封储存，防止水分挥发造成粘度上升或结皮干固及灰尘掉落。
注意事项：
1.由于印刷设备、印刷基材及制版工艺的不同，将直接影响到印刷效果，我司将根据不同客户的实际情况，提供相应的技术参数。
2.使用前应搅动均匀,请勿与其他品牌油墨混合使用，保持水性油墨成分一致，以免影响墨性；余墨若含杂质，先过滤再配合新墨使用。

1. the original red、yellow、blue, black, white, five basic colors;
2. gold, silver, pink, orange red, emerald, bright red, ect. spot color;
3. acceptable color customized according to customer’s pantone color numbers.
package:
by plastic barrel, net weight: 20 kg / barrel.
product storage:
sealed storage more than 12 months, avoiding sunlight direct; please sealed the remain ink to prevent moisture evaporation and to avoid the viscosity increase or dried-solid and the dust falls.
notes:
1. it will directly affect the printing effects due to the different of printing device, printing substrates and plate-making process, so we will provide technical parameters according to the customer&＃39;s actual situation.
2.please stirred ink well before using,in order to avoid affect the properties of ink and keep the composition consistent of water-based ink ,please do not mix up with other brands of ink; if remain ink with impurities, filters first and then use again with new ink.
