本厂所产的热转印机的主要特点：
main features:
1.整机式主机机架，坚固不易变形、转动，导布机械设计灵巧，操作简便。机器的主要部件主滚筒内部设有内循环系统。通过电加热、油导热，使滚筒表面温度控制在±1℃以内。
2.采用pid自动温控仪，自动调节保温电流控制精度高。
3.手动退毯带装置，升降温时脱开毯带，延长毯带使用寿命。
4.本机设有布边纸及垫纸装置，降低毛毯污染，减少清洗次数。
5转印后之成品免处理，花样色彩鲜明，柔软光丽，保持色质经久不变。
6.印花速度控制采用无级调速。
7.温度范围：220-250℃
1. the principalmachine frame is fixed firmly and the rotation and cloth guidingdesign is smart & convenient. there is an internal circulationsystem inside roller, which can control roller surface temperaturewithin±1℃through internal electric-heatingand oil-heat-transforming;
2. adopt pid automatictemperature-control instrument, which can automatically keepinghigh accuracy of electric current control;
3. the manualblanket-belt reversal device can make the blanket-belt runoff whenheating up or cooling down, so it can extend service life of theblanket-belt;
4. there is apaper-backing device for selvage-paper, which can decrease thepollution of the blanket, and reduce the cleaning times;
5. the finished fabricdoes not need any further treatment. the printed fabric is full ofvivid & bright color, soft and beautiful outlook, also theprinted color is durable.
6. adopt steplessvariable speed control;
7. printing temperaturerange: 220-250℃;
