海绵半自动箱式发泡机简介：
主要适用于8-50kg/m3密度范围的软质聚氨脂泡绵生产，采用了大料搅拌全自动控制、灵活的人机界面控制系统，用户可以储存多种不同的发泡配方，也可以随时对配方进行调整或更改,可以生成出各种理想的家私绵、鞋材绵、胸围绵、电子绵，以及适应于包装、制衣和汽车工业用的各种泡绵。
（本机配置：三个大原料罐和四个大原料罐可根据客户要求定做,并有国产原料泵和美国viking泵两种配置可供选择）
大料自动进料；
小料手动添加；
搅拌轴，搅拌桶表面不作粘处理；

this machine is mostly used to produce soft urethane foam rubber products(density is about 10-65kg/m3). it adopts high autoimmunizations level, flexibly controlling man-machine interface control system, users can store 16kindgs of different formulations, it is desirable fixing to produce foam rubber in furniture, shoes, circumference, electron, clothing industry and automobile industry.

2. material temperature auto control
3. the surface of mixing shaft, mixing barrel
4. import transducer and plc auto control
5. equipped with stainless steel small tank(add the material by hand)
