机器主要特点：
l 本机型用于鞋面与大底胶水活化。采用高性能nir近红外线辐射原理渗透和热风循环原理快速活化烘干胶水。该机的运用比传统贴底线节约电能.
l 可连接多台合并快速输送装置,对应流程的变更提供了极大的方便,组底,成型作业一体化.
l 烘箱每个出入口和工作板都设置了抽风管,上下层温度可独立控制.
l 智能化设计,人机操作界面,各烘箱温度实时化显示在屏幕上,可有效的监控烘箱内的温度.
l 机台加入活性炭过滤系统,集中过滤废气,强大的抽风功能更符合环保要求.
l 智能化设计可通过wifi与终端联网,实行远程管理及监控及数据收集管理.
l 适用于小量多样化生产线。

1.this machine is used to activate the glue on uppers and outsoles. the activation can be done in a short time by applying high-performance nir infrared ray and circulatory hot-wind. this machine could save up more energy compared to traditional attaching conveyor line.
2.this machine could be matched with fast conveyor conveniently to compound the attaching and lasting.
3.equipped with exhaust tube on the working board and every inlet and outlet of the oven, the temperature of up layer and down layer could be controlled independently.
4.intelligent design, human machine interface, oven temperature could be displayed on the screen in real time.
5.equipped with filtration system of activated carbon, the exhaust function makes it more environmentally friendly.
6.the long-distance management and monitor could be achieved by the intelligent design which can connect the machine with terminal by wifi.
